This air panel has a thousand uses aside from its namesake as a ground to air marker.
This Air Panel is a multipurpose survival and outdoor enthusiasts go signal marker. With too many uses to list it has become indispensable to many in the wilderness. Its namesake use as an air panel allows you to be spotted by overhead aircraft for emergency needs as well as air control for tactical operations. Mark landing zones, friendly vehicles, collection points, trail marking, etc..
Measuring 29”x29” it folds easily to fit in any pack or hydration pack. Useful in both day hikes and long expeditions alike. Constructed of 100% ripstop material, this panel is made for rough rugged use. Heavy duty sewn perimeter and grommets allow it to be attached in many fashions or used in new and improvised ways.
Use a carabiner to connect the for corners and you have a heavy duty sack or bag. Suspend the panel from a length of paradors to create and effective flag or visual barricade (fire roads, etc..). Connect two corners to form a sling for injured extremities. Or just lay it on the ground as a mat outside your tent/shelter to allow you to get your boots on comfortably. Visible by eye at a mile, further with optics.
